White Kampot Pepper tips

- Raw oysters: just before eating them, grind White pepper
- Cooked oysters: grind white pepper over open oysters and cook them for 5 minutes in the oven
- Scallops: Clean them keeping the round shell. Place the scallop meat in the center, add a knob of butter and ground white pepper. Put your shells in the oven for a few minutes.
Mains and Sauces: To spice up white sauces without altering their color, use the White Pepper. This chef’s advice also works for mashed potatoes.
