90g cup butter.
3 egg whites
Icing sugar*, almond meal*, T65 wheat flour *, Ré Island salt.
(*) from organic agriculture.
Produced in a factory that uses nuts and sesame.
INSTRUCTION OF USE
1- Pour the baking mix into a large bowl
2- Add the melted butter and the egg whites. Mix with a whisk
3- Pour into financier shaped molds and bake for 15 min at 180°C
Even better with brown butter!
