Brown rice flour *, Rapadura cane sugar * (24%), blond cane sugar *, arrowroot flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, baking powder*, xanthan gum, Ré Island salt.

INSTRUCTION OF USE
1- Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large bowl
2- Add the melted butter, milk and eggs. Mix to combine.
3- Pour the batter into a loaf pan (20cm x 8cm) and bake for 35 min at 180°C

THE TIPS
For a gourmet treat, add dried fruits or chocolate chips
Dairy free option: Replace the milk with a dairy free substitute (rice, soy, almond, etc) and the butter with vegetable or coconut oil (75g)
